DFP Ethics Workshop

On April 3rd, students of the DFP CREATE will receive a custom-lecture on Research Ethics from Jean Ruiz (Senior Behavioural Research Ethics Analyst, Office of Research Ethics). This lecture will ensure DFP students learn about integrity and ethical conduct when conducting research and working with human subjects in the context of designing interactive systems as well as tips and traps when applying for research ethics approvals.

10:00 - 11:45am  Research Ethics Lecture (for DFP CREATE students)
12:00 - 1:00pm    Research Ethics Panel (open to all DFP faculty and students)

All DFP Faculty and students are invited to attend the Panel. Lunch will be served and a notification will be sent out to RSVP.

Event directions

Once you are inside the Forestry Science building walk to the rear (south-east) of the building by passing through the large open study area and up the stairs to the 2nd level student (“treetop”) lounge area. Turn left, pass through the double doors, and room 2300 will be immediately to your right.
