DFP CREATE Design Showcase 2021

We are pleased to invite you to the 2021 DFP CREATE Design Showcase May 17 - 19. This event features posters, demos, and videos from graduate students from UBC and beyond, and explores how human-centered design impacts the world we live in. The Showcase is the highlight of our DFP CREATE Grad Training Program, and is well attended by students, faculty, and industry/community partners. There will be numerous cash prizes for top submissions, as well as prize draws for attendees. Following last year's success, the DFP CREATE Design Showcase will again be held online.

Day 1& 2:
May 17-18
Asynchronous Poster & Demo Open Gallery
The gallery will be open all day May 17-18 for you to view the student submissions, leave comments, and enter our Showcase Engagement Draw.

Day 3:
May 19
Live Design Showcase Event
Join us on Zoom for our Live Showcase on Wednesday
12:00 – 2:00pm

For Participants: We invite graduate students (Masters, PhD, Postdoc) to submit their design-related posters or demos.  If you are a student and you would like to submit your work to the Design Showcase, please follow the instructions on our website here. Multiple cash prizes will be awarded to the most creative submissions!
