EDI Workshop
Please join us for a 90-minute workshop on the topic of ethics, diversity, and inclusion! Facilitated by Dr. Robert Daum and Elodie Jacquet from the SFU Morris J. Wosk Centre for Dialogue, this important discussion will help bring us to a shared level of background knowledge on anti-oppression frameworks for post-secondary research and teaching. We will explore issues related to racism, equity, and justice in a post-secondary context, and will apply a critical lens to both the research we do and the methods we use to do it. Dr. Robert Daum and Elodie Jacquet will provide us will additional resources and materials to engage with outside of the workshop.
Part 2 will be held either Aug 19 or 26, 12:00-2:00pm. You do not have to attend the first workshop in order to attend the second. Both workshops will be recorded.
