This year's Design Showcase was held online for the first time - and was our most attended Showcase yet! On Tuesday May 19 we held an asynchronous gallery of the students projects, followed by our Live Design Showcase on May 20. We had 78 total people in attendance with 3 posters and 10 demonstrations/videos from UBC and SFU students. DFP Faculty Core member Eric Meyers MC'd the event and we had guest speaker Vanessa Murdock (Applied Science Manager, Amazon) who shared her experience creating a frictionless user environment.
Three of the DFP CREATE Cohort 3 Project Teams presented their videos during the Live Showcase event. You can watch the videos here.
