I'm a PhD-track MSc student with interests in how people understand visualizations and how to make them more useful for a wider group of people. Particularly I want to look at the intersection of visualization with accessibility and universal usability.
Research Interests
I am still finding my specific research interests, but I currently have two main ideas. The first is studying whether people from backgrounds that are different from the vis designer interpret designs differently. The second is looking at various disabilities and how vis techniques can be improved to be usable by those who traditionally could not use vis effectively.
