My name is Mint Tanprasert. I'm from Bangkok, Thailand, and I'm currently a PhD-track master student in computer science at UBC. I got my undergraduate degree from Harvey Mudd College (California, USA) in computer science and mathematics. In my free time I like to read fictions, listen to music, and play the piano.
Research Interests
I enjoy doing research in the area that is at the intersection of computer science, signal processing, and multimodal media. Specifically, I am interested in the areas of research that involves the application of artificial intelligence in music information retrieval, music technology, and immersiveness of VR/AR experience. I like research projects that integrate knowledge from multi-disciplinary. My other research interests include natural language processing and acoustic modeling.
