Kevin is a PhD Track student who is continuing his studies at UBC after completing his BSc in Computer Science. He developed an interest in research out of a desire to help other people through technology, finding the area of Human-Computer Interaction a perfect fit for doing so.
Research Interests
During his graduate studies, Kevin hopes to explore ways in which we can leverage technology to design and develop tools and systems to promote well-being for all. In addition, during his time as an undergraduate student, Kevin has worked on projects related to designing in-air interactions for small screens and understanding and supporting asynchronous collaboration in virtual reality, both of which remain keen secondary research interests.
